The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, making it easy to explore both the city center and the Munich suburbs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-designed interiors and ample amenities such as multiple wall sockets for charging devices. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great, offering a variety of options to start the day. Plus, the lobby is beautifully decorated and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
The water pressure in the shower can be quite low, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel is located in a lovely area, right beside a bus stop. This makes it convenient for exploring the city without any hassle. Moreover, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and provide suggestions about the city. The rooms were modern and spacious, offering great value for money.

little outside, quiet location, bus stop just in front of the door, s-bahn station (6 stations to marienplatz) within walking distance. our double room was quite small, little spartanly furnished, especially the bathroom could have been a little bigger. for one night it was quite ok.
unfortunately there was no margarine available for breakfast - i should have announced myself as a vegan before arrival. i didn't do that, because i assumed that an alternative to butter would always be offered. bathroom is very small.

I found it fantastic that all my personal details were filled in at the reception, making the check-in process efficient and hassle-free. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options. The breakfast at this hotel was very nice, with a generous selection of cold cuts, bacon & eggs, bread, cereals, juices. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer my questions. the location in the outskirts of the city provided a peaceful atmosphere, with a river flowing through the charming surroundings. The bus stop right in front of the hotel allowed for easy transportation, with a 30-minute journey to the center.
There was nothing I didn't like.

nice, smaller hotel in village location. pleasantly quiet and relaxed. i don't like carpets, so i appreciated the room without carpet.
i am not a friend of sliding glass doors between room and bath/wc. that looks nice; apart from that it is complete nonsense.
